Change is Good

As the fall season rolls in, I can’t help but reflect on the changes that are about to occur. The changes in the weather and leaves as they fall, the different colors. 🍂🍁 I also have a t-shirt (captured in the photo) that I purchased from a friend’s company Creative Side Apparel, a Christian clothing line. I love the statement Fall For Jesus He Never Leaves in their fall collection. It is a true statement that God has assured us in His Word.

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5

As I’m writing this post, I recognize the changes God has made within me. I’m not the person I used to be. Praise God! When God makes a change, it’s for the better. His desire is for us to be like His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus is perfect, and we are made righteous through God’s Son, for those who have accepted Him as their Lord and Savior.

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:48

We lack nothing with God. Some of us may not be where we want to be spiritually, emotionally, or even physically. However, when we bring our shortcomings to Christ and trust Him with the change, we can be assured He will work it all out for our good. Do not be afraid of change. God may decide to change YOU before your situation changes. He may have to prepare YOU for what He has in store for you. Have you ever thought about that?

Therefore, as you are blessed to witness the changes in the seasons, do not ignore the changes God wants to make in you. Don’t push it away or wish it away. Though, depending on the process, it may be a hard season. But keep the faith! We must remember that God has a plan for anything He allows. His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8) But He is omniscient – knows everything. All wisdom. All power. He knows what is best for us and will see us through it all. Trust Him with the process. Joy comes with the morning! (Psalm 30:5)

I welcome you to share your testimony in the Comments. You never know who you will bless or encourage today. God is faithful.

Happy Fall to those who are celebrating the change of season on this side of the globe.

If you’re not saved today, then I encourage you to visit my Salvation Prayer page. Welcome Jesus Christ in your heart today. You will not thirst again. He will give you living water. (John 4:10) Praise God!

Love you all in Christ,
